It has been nearly two months since Russia’s 2018 World Cup squad made their way to Australia, and the international spotlight has continued to burn bright in the country.
A full slate of matches are set to be shown across the country from Wednesday evening, with the final match to be played on Friday, when the World Rugby Women’s Sevens World Cup takes place in Brisbane.
The tournament begins on Wednesday and will be streamed live on YouTube, with highlights including the opening match between Australia and South Africa.
Australia will be able to watch its first-ever women’s Seven-a-side World Cup match on TV at 2.30pm AEDT on Wednesday, and will then host the Women’s Rugby World Cup Qualifier in Sydney on Friday.
If you’re in the Sydney CBD on Wednesday night, you may want to head over to Channel Seven’s TV channel.
The channel is currently running live coverage of the final of the World Series of Poker, featuring the winners of both the US$50,000 and US$75,000 pot, with coverage also scheduled for the US $20,000 Australian Open, the $5,000 Melbourne Cup and the $10,000 PGA Tour Championship.
